Evan Pauletich

Evan Pauletich serves as Finance Manager at EKN Development Group, where he leads financial strategy, investment analysis, and capital markets outreach across a portfolio of hospitality and mixed-use development projects exceeding $1 billion in capitalization.

Evan brings deep experience in underwriting complex capital structures, evaluating project feasibility, and optimizing investment returns through detailed financial modeling. He spearheads capital stacks structuring, manages lender and equity partner relationships, and guides projects through the full lifecycle, from underwriting and closing to construction, operations, and asset management.

In addition to his finance leadership, Evan works cross-functionally with development, construction, and marketing teams to drive investor engagement, produce offering materials, and ensure seamless execution of projects. His work has contributed to high-profile projects including the Waldorf Astoria Lake Tahoe, Courtyard & Residence Inn Monterey Bay, and the Tempe Fairfield Inn & TownePlace Suites.

Evan holds a dual degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College, where he graduated with honors. A former NCAA water polo team player, he brings a competitive and analytical mindset to every facet of his work.
